Michael Renaud, Alan Ram's Proactive Training Solutions General Manager. He keeps things running smoothly at ARPTS - driving additional value for existing dealership customers, streamlining operations, and securing new accounts. 

Prior to joining Alan Ram’s team, Renaud was Vice President of Leader in Cars Auto Group where he led the group to incredible growth with the number one volume Mazda store in New York State and the first exclusive Genesis dealership in Westchester culminating in an extremely successful buy/sell.

When Michael isn't working, he's spending time with his family on Long Island fishing, coaching his kids' sports teams, BBQ, and hiking with the dogs.  

Susan Gaytan brings over twenty years of automotive experience and dealership management expertise to Alan Ram’s Proactive Training Solutions. 

She is responsible for integrating training solutions and helping dealerships maximize the effectiveness of training. Susan emphasizes the importance of leadership’s role in effective sales training and is passionate about providing the best value and support for dealers. 

She encourages all managers to train side-by-side with their salespeople to build a powerful sales team from the top down.

Prior to joining Alan Ram’s team, Mike served 15 years in the US Army as a Ranger and Special Operations soldier, over a decade as a Stockbroker, and six years as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry. He truly understands what it takes to be a successful manager and leader.

He's well aware of the immense power of Alan Ram's training, having personally witnessed its impact during its implementation in his dealership. It fills him with pride to now have the opportunity to represent this remarkable company and the training program that he wholeheartedly believes in.

When Mike isn't working, he enjoys nothing more than simply spending all of his free time with his wife Angie, and their daughter, Mychael.
